That dress, the sun, and Lacey. <3

I was so honored when Lacey reached out to me. It is always a blessing when another photographer wants you to photograph them. I can not lie though, it makes you a little nervous. We had been talking for about a year. We met through photography and I loved seeing photographs of her daughter. I even asked for her advice a couple of times. We decided to meet in Lafayette to shoot and it did not disappoint. I was just happy to finally get out of Shreveport. I love doing sessions at new places. There were several spots too. Made me kinda wish I lived there. When I met Lacey, it was like we had known each other forever. We kicked it off right from the start. I enjoyed being able to finally meet her and her family. You can tell the love they have. The Robbin’s Egg blue dress was her idea so she could print some for the nursery. I must say, I absolutely LOVED that dress. I can not wait to see how the nursery comes together. Congratulations again! He will be so precious.
