Eli was such an angel during his newborn session. I think he loved me because every time I picked him up, he would give me the cutest side smile. His older brother and sister were so smitten with him. I love when I get to experience siblings together. I truly feel like I am apart of the family. I absolutely loved the colors his mother chose. Blue, grey, and sage. I even experimented with changing the colors. I love being able to do that for darker colors. I think they all complimented him so well. He was awake towards the end of the session so we did get some cute awake shots. He even posed on his own for a few shots. How precious is that? I think he loved to be a little model. It it easier to pose newborns when they are asleep but I love when they are awake to capture a few with their beautiful eyes open. They also love to stretch their little arms and legs.

Eli was wide awake during the family portion. I can not wait to see these printed! He was looking around so alert. It was the cutest. I love when they randomly wake up and want to know what is going on!
