I was so excited to work with this family! When Taylor reached out about her miracle baby, I knew I had to capture it perfectly. I love we incorporated the rainbow and IVF medicine. I know how important it was to get that shot for her. Anything sentimental can last a lifetime! Being able to create something special for my clients means the most to me. I love being able to use my creativity. She was too precious with all her hair. They have prayed for sweet baby Ellis. She is an IVF baby and they tried for years to conceive. What a wonderful miracle. I get to be apart of so many AMAZING journeys. I am just blessed they trusted me to capture memories that mean the most to them. She even smiled when daddy held her. I can’t lie, she is already wrapped around his finger. She might have hated being naked but I adored her little whine. Dads usually tell me it’s wild I do this for a living but I promise those little whines will be missed. The snoring and noises are my favorite. You have to be patient while on baby’s time. I go with the flow no matter what. It means the world when parent’s want to help while seeing what I’m doing. Newborn photography take skill so they can see that first hand. <3

Her family was an ABSOLUTE BLAST! I loved Ellis as a name. It just speaks girly to me. Her mom Michelle and grandmother Helen cracked me up. I love getting to know them. Helen definitely won the funniest grandmother award when I heard the story about Facebook. It’s not her fault she’s so popular anyways. Her mom is bestfriends with my mom so they remind me of each other a lot. I can’t think of many moments we didn’t laugh. Even while we were enjoying the beautiful sunset on the cart.
