PARENT POSES!

You probably hear me talking about parent poses a lot. I talk about them so much because they are some of the most important portraits you will have. Everyone knows how fast babies will grow up especially one of your own. These are your first portraits with your little one. Did you know it builds a child self-esteem to see their photograph on the wall? It helps them understand the importance of family. If you decide to do baby only at your newborn session, that is totally up to you. However, the ones who decided last minute to jump in a photo or two have never regretted it. Most of my families get artwork of the family shots and that shows how vital they are. Even when they might not have wanted to at first.

Today I decided to a show a few of my favorite parent shots. This will help you get an idea of what your family shots can look like! You are more than welcome to even show me which one you would like. I know everyone has a different style so I always love to change it up a bit for families. Sometimes I do a variety of parent shots depending on baby and how they are feeling. During the end of the session when I do family shots, most babies are pretty tired at that point. They had a long 2-3 hours with me moving them constantly. You prefer naked shots? Awesome. You like them wrapped and cozy? Me too. How about the pose with their cute little toes showing? One of my favorites. There are so many options we can explore because this session is designed for you and your family. I want it to be unique so it fits your style.
