Shreveport, Louisiana Baby Photographer | Peyton's Cakesmash Session

When Melaney reached out she told me how excited she was to work with me especially since she did get newborn photographs done. She was over the moon with actually getting to capture Peyton’s personality. She said life gets busy so before she knew it, Peyton was a few months old. Plus that was during Covid. I don’t blame her at all. I could tell how much she regretted it when she saw the newborns on my wall. Peyton is still young though she wanted to do a cake smash. Their last name is Berry so she wanted a Sweet Berry theme. How perfect is that? Peyton also loved strawberries so it turned out even better. She definitely loved them more than the cake.

Peyton had the cutest little facial expressions. I swear she looked like a Gerber baby. I could stare at her little blue eyes the entire time. She also thought it was funny to take off the tieback. She was not a fan of them. Her little tongue! I think she was telling me something.

Mom wanted beautiful blue outfits to match their home. I loved how they turned out. She was excited to learn makeup and hair plus family shots were included. She expressed how she loved the entire experience and couldn’t wait to get her products. She ordered a big 20x30 for her wall. It is going to be like Christmas when she gets it. She has been waiting a long time to be able to do something for herself and family.
