Shreveport, Louisiana Newborn Photographer | Alora's Newborn Session
It was such a pleasure to work with this beautiful family. April wore this dress at her maternity session and instantly fell in love. I knew we had to recreate it at the newborn session. Alora was a spicy little princess. She wasn’t a fan of being naked but she eventually just wanted to sleep. She would sleep with her mouth open while snoring. It was the cutest things ever! I mean look at all that hair. She was a little doll. I loved seeing all her little rolls. It was hard for them to choose at the ordering but I can’t say I blame them. We definitely got a variety for them to choose from. I love she was open to many colors including pink. She wanted all the girly colors! She did absolutely love the green on her too. Alora looked so precious in all the set ups.
They wanted to incorporate their uniforms since they are both in the military. Thank you for your service April and Ryan. It doesn’t go unnoticed. I love anytime a client brings in something sentimental. It makes the session that much more special. They are from Florida so they adjusted to Louisiana weather pretty quick. Haha. They met at the grocery store they both worked at. Hearing their story shows how fate truly worked. They have been together ever since.
They are beyond excited to their beautiful acrylic print. It will match their maternity one perfect. Mason was a start during the maternity and newborn session. He wasn’t sure about kissing his baby sister but that’s okay. He warmed up and took some beautiful photographs with her. I loved seeing how much love this family has. They were so amazed at my patience and every set up. One even went viral which we call the viral photograph now. They were the sweetest family! It was truly an honor they chose me to capture their memories. I hope this isn’t the last time I get to see them.
