How far in advance do you book up?

I usually fill up 2-3 months in advance during the fall. The fall is the busiest time for photographers. During the spring, I fill up 1-2 months in advance. I accept limited clients per month.

Are you trained?

Yes I am and licensed.  

What should I wear? 

We will discuss your options when you book. We will then discuss how to coordinate with your family.

Do you offer prints?

Absolutely! I specialize in art work and strive to have memories through your home. This time will pass you by faster than you think. Moments are worth investing in!

What kind of prints or products do you offer?

I offer a variety including customized designed albums, framed prints, acrylic prints, matted prints, and mounted wall art.

How long do products take to arrive?

Approximately 2-3 weeks.

Does my $400 session fee go towards my package?

No it does not.

Do you provide outfits?

I do provide high quality maternity gowns from well known vendors. I also provide newborn, sitter, and children outfits.

How many gowns do you have?

I have over 100 gowns available. That does not include fabric, lingerie, body suits, and robes.

What is the average investment?

The average depends on what you love! You only buy what you love. Most clients spend between $1.800-$4,500 on digitals and product.

How do I pay?

A $400 non-refundable session fee is due at booking to reserve your spot. You will receive an invoice upon booking and a contract/questionnaire. Both are required in 48 hours. Your payment for digital collections and products is due at your view and order appointment.

How did you get into photography?

A friend of mine was selling an old Nikon D3000. I took my daughter's newborn photographs and realized why it would have been worth it to pay a professional. It was 1000x harder than I thought. From there, I started doing sessions on the side of school and two jobs. I became legal and quit my jobs to just be a photographer and student. That was the best decision I have ever made. Now looking back, I wish I would have done professional maternity and newborn photographs. 

Do you pick the locations?

Yes. I usually pick the locations. I am all up for suggestions on locations. After 30 miles, I charge .52 a mile. 

 What if my baby is fussy the whole time?

I promise I work on the baby’s time. It is very important to me to follow the baby’s lead during the session. Please follow my newborn prep guide to help the session go more smoothly.

What if we need to reschedule the viewing and ordering session?

It will be $200 to reschedule. Please get with all decision makers to ensure they are able to come. Going over prices and what heirlooms you are interested in will give you a head start. Try to get familiar with what you absolutely want to buy. At your viewing, I promise I will help guide you in what you are looking for.

NO SHOWS - If a client is no call no show for their scheduled session, the session fee is non-refundable nor transferable. The session fee must be repaid to reschedule.
