I connected with Brittney as soon as she contacted me. During her consultation she expressed how she knew this investment would be worth it. When we went over maternity she was honored I offered both because she never heard of someone doing that. She was excited to start planning right away. We discussed fine art portraits for maternity. She was seriously glowing during both sessions. I love how my makeup artist went bold for her maternity session. She deserved to feel and look like a goddess. I know how hard her pregnancy was so I am honored I was able to give her a day to herself. It’s crazy how much we think alike. Throughout her experience, we had several ahhhh moments. We would just look at each other and say, “I was thinking that.” She was thrilled to order her products. Brittney definitely hired me for that reason! I love how she said just digitals weren’t an option. She ended up with an album, acrylic print, acrylic block, and digitals. I can’t wait to see them displayed in her home. Designing her album was probably one of my favorites. It’s always like telling a story when you look through it.

“Getting an album is a must because it’s too beautiful to not get.”

I am very transparent and I expect my clients to be the same way. No need to hold anything back because I might be able to fit your needs better. That’s why I love the questionnaire. It’s a chance for me to get to know you on a deeper level. You will realize I take several steps in getting to know you and your family.

Little Amalah was born early and spent a few days in the NICU. She was only 4lbs when she arrived to my studio. She definitely loved all the snuggles. I loved every single color on her. I had mostly boys for the fall so I had to go all out for her newborn session. Especially since Christmas is right around the corner. She even smiled for a few. I love capturing the sweet smiles and details. Brittney wanted a breastfeeding photograph to document. I can honestly say, I wish every breastfeeding mom wanted one. It’s a special bond that can’t be broken. Seeing the parents reaction at the ordering is always my favorite. Seeing how excited they get makes my job that much better. Funny thing is, I already thought my job was amazing.
