You probably saw Karina’s beautiful maternity photographs I blogged last month. She was so beautiful during her pregnancy. When she came into the newborn session, I couldn’t even tell she just had Evelyn. That is how wonderful the woman’s body is! I was extremely excited to see them again for their newborn session. Chris even went and got us whatabuger so he definitely earned bonus points for that one. LOL.

They have been such a delight to work with! We always love to talk about tamales and catching up with how they have been. Evelyn was a little chunk of love! She was born 9lbs 05oz ALL natural. Yes! ALL NATURAL. Karina definitely deserves a medal for being a champ at all natural. I loved hearing her birth story while they were there. The woman’s body is so powerful! Hearing how different every birth story is INCREDIBLE. Evelyn was not a fan at first but she did not mind me one bit after the naked shots. She loved to be wrapped and was not afraid to cuddle.

While they were at their ordering session, they got to pick up their awesome products. I always look forward to seeing how shocked they are. Memories is something you can never put a price tag on. Their acrylic collage is going to be PRICELESS. Seeing how excited they were, makes me so lucky to be their photographer. We also coordinated between the maternity and newborn so it would match in their home. I LOVED seeing their face when they got to view their newborn photographs. It is honestly my favorite part of the viewing and ordering session. Maybe I am biased but I thought Evelyn was too precious! They could not choose on which digitals so they decided on them all plus acrylic prints to match their maternity one. I do not blame them. I am excited to continue to watch her grow! <3

Blue for baby girls always makes me excited. I love when parents decide to do all colors for their baby girl.
