When Chivoin reached out, she wanted neutrals and earth tones. I typically don’t do a bunch of neutral set ups but I fell in love with how simple they were. I definitely plan to mix both way more now. I have always been a bold photographer who loved a variety of colors. However, I have a new found love for neutrals after Nyla’s session. Once mom arrived, she decided to add in purples and pinks. It’s always a plus to have a big option of colors and set ups. I fell in love with every set up we did. Mom especially loved the vintage set up we did. You get to customize your session how you want. If you want me to choose everything, I will go based off what you prefer.

Nyla might look bigger in these photographs but she was 5lbs of tiny cuteness. She loved to make the cutest sounds while she was sleeping. I love how cozy she looked when she was wrapped. She was sleeping with her mouth wide open when she was wrapped. That’s how you know they are sleeping good. Did you know they are used to 98 degrees while being the womb? That is why they love being wrapped. They feel secure and cozy. Let’s not forget big sister. She was so precious the entire time. She couldn’t wait to take photographs with her baby sister. I already know she will be the best big sister/protector. It was precious watching her cuddle up with her little sister.

It is best to book your newborn session in the first or second trimester to ensure availability. If you are wanting to book belly to baby, first is highly recommended. I only accept limited sessions per month so each client gets the one on one experience they deserve. You will never regret capturing these memories while they are still little. They sure do grow fast so don’t let time pass you by.
