DETAILS MATTER

I have been saying for the longest time I would write a blog about details. I am in love with detail shots for so many reasons. I mean of course they are the cutest because of how tiny they are.

Other than that, those little toes will grow.

You will have to keep up with shoe sizes because they grow so quick.

Their cute little lips will soon now wanted all the kisses in the world.

The little button nose will grow.

Those little hands will no longer fit perfectly in your hand.

All the facial expressions.

I strive to capture the little details you might not think is important until it’s too late. Seeing the parents hold their little one really opened my eyes. They are only tiny for a little while. Before you know it, they will be running around and not wanting to be held. Hold them as long as you can. Hold them as close as you can.

My clients ADORE DETAIL SHOTS. I can’t say I blame them because I am obsessed. Hearing all the ooo and ahh at the orderings makes detail shots that much better. I can see how excited parents are when they see those tiny noses, fingers, and toes. Details matter to the parents just as much. They are some of the most popular poses. As I am looking at these collages, I can already see how many babies have grown. Some don’t even look the same. When my daughter was little, I wish I would have captured everything. I can’t even remember the newborn age since it was so long ago. Looking back on photographs would have meant the world to me now.
