It has been an amazing week here at Kristina Banks Photography!

I was listed as one of Shreveport’s top three baby photographers. HOW AWESOME IS THAT? It is such an honor to be awarded for something special to my heart. It truly made my day when I received the email. Even though I could not believe it at first. I am so glad to be next to other amazing photographers who deserved this award as well. I have worked so hard to get to this point in my career. I feel incredibly blessed and thankful for this opportunity. Last week I also received news that I will be featured on the walls of a big hospital here in town. This will be the third hospital I am in. This is the first big hospital my art work will be in. Out of everyone, they chose me. They saw something in me. They believed in me. I can not express how thankful I am. I know I say it a lot but I truly mean it. Two years ago I quit nursing school because I knew this was my passion. I opened a studio with all my savings in hopes that I would make it. In the end, determination and hard work is what got me where I am. My passion and love for photography shows wherever I am. I didn’t know when I started how much I would love it. After almost seven years, I couldn’t be happier. I said last year that 2020 will be my year. It is definitely off to a wonderful start.
