Lane and Colt were the cutest brothers! I loved how much Lane wanted to squeeze and hold him. You could tell he was smitten with him. Most parents are worried about getting photographs when siblings are close in age. However, I promise I have several options and techniques. We will definitely get the shot for your to cherish forever. Even if I have to make one. Don’t worry, I don’t expect them to sit still and listen to me. They are still so little and I know how scary it can be in a new place with a big light in your face. I choose to let them warm up so we will do parent and sibling poses towards the end. It gives them a chance to really get to know me. We will actually play games to get them to smile. Like tossing them on the fur or bed. That always helps. I just have to be super quick because we all know how quick little ones are. I wonder if Colt will have those blue eyes like his brother.

All these beautiful colors. Mom absolutely fell in love with the little teddy bear. It is a big favorite. That is why I probably have SO many in studio. It has a sweet touch to look back on later. You can see how small his little hands are. Colt might have been awake most of his session but you can’t even tell. We even got some adorable awake shots. I know those are the parents favorites when they come view their photographs.

This brown! He gave me all the facial expressions in this prop. Bonnets are also a HUGE favorite because we can add to make the set ups a variety. You can even see his cute little smirk. We have had some SUPER smiley babies with a lot of hair this year. I was actually excited to get a baby boy in the studio. We have had SO many girls this year. Usually it’s a mixture.

These family shots are too precious. Look how lane is snuggling to Colt. I always melt when I get to see siblings together. I know they will probably fight when they get older but they will still be bestfriends. He didn’t hesitate to smile for the camera. You could tell he was a little MODEL. He actually got a hold of donuts I brought and had it all over him. I would say I got rid of it pretty good. ;)
